Oh, dang, fair enough I guess. I’m definitely on the “I’d rather go alone than not at all” camp. I’ve gone to many a small concert alone, but I always invite people first. If I’m alone, so be it.

Can’t disagree more. Doing something alone is nowhere near as satisfying and fulfilling as doing them with my partner.
The argument isn’t against doing things with friends or loves ones, but about going by yourself if the alternative is not going at all

I’ve done solo concerts and had fun, but nowhere near as much fun as when I went with friends.
