You do need to maintain it. I have chronic health issues that cause nausea, and Domperidone (the med I take for lactation) is a good anti-emetic as well. Then, milking with a pump is required to maintain a high amount of production, but there’s always a little bit for me.

Just out of curiosity, is that a permanent effect or does it require continuous medication and practice to “maintain”?
