That seems very precarious to me, I’d be constantly worried about nudging it and dropping the cups.
Maybe it can hold keys or something then

From reviews, and what I expected with something so awesome looking, it’s smaller and lighter than it looks, not large or heavy enough to hold legit coffee mugs :-( hopefully someone comes out with a larger version
