    Only difference is in magnitude. Authoritarian countries are remarkably efficient at killing huge numbers of people.

        Mostly killed by diseases they had no immunity to, but it was greatly exacerbated by terrible conditions in reservations due to corruption and malice, and hard forced relocations.
