They use api tools to target certain accounts for downvoting. Content manipulation on the fediverse is gonna be a big issue for the foreseeable future, especially to push pro-US foreign policy points.

It’s dead or empty accounts from a lot of different servers, not just lemmy.world. I just banned like 20 of them.
They use api tools to target certain accounts for downvoting.
