These kinds of comments annoy me so much, not because you don’t want to support genocide, I don’t want either but because the “you can’t get my vote”, politics are a game of lesser evil, you literally can’t get someone who will be perfect in every aspect of your and everyone’s opinions, when you don’t vote you literally just give up your future to chance, what happens when didn’t vote gets the most votes since nobody was good enough in so many people’s opinion? Well the next guy will get into power just because he was second because he knows how to do propaganda to get other people to vote him, and trust me, just getting someone assigned as a president just because you didn’t give a crap is the most shitty thing that can happen, especially in a country where the president has so much power like the US

I know it’s closed source but it’s the most comfortable Lemmy client (I tried thunder but it felt a bit clunky with how the menus are designed) that also doesn’t bug out like summit (for some reason when I open a post the title and the text above it gets shrunk to the smallest height possible and it’s not readable at all)

Honestly the Murder Drones “Worker Drone” is an awesome base design (the disassembly drone just looks like an emo version of the base design), if I ever wanted to be a robot I would be that, too bad they (canonically) run on core 2 quads(or maybe even core 2 duos), which I had the experience to deal with irl and even on Linux they’re painfully slow

I got a phone that’s 2/3s of the price, started on android 13, got 14 recently, yeah it’s the same but the advantage of it being newer means I have a bigger battery, 90hz display, and more that you just don’t get with a 4-5 year old phone

Well considering here in Czechia (the country that’s 90% “middle of fucking nowhere”) it’s scary that a third of active phones are iPhones, how does anyone except the people living in big cities afford this shit? I was a lot into drawing a few years ago, moderately good I would say, nothing exceptional I would say, then I got bored of drawing with a pencil and paper and wanted to try out digital drawing, never got one and I didn’t draw ever since, I’ve had some hand injuries in that time (nothing serious but it definitely left a mark) so idk if I can still draw, and this just turns into a spiral of demotivation

There’s this dude on YouTube called oats Jenkins and makes better versions of things, he made a “traffic 2” video and in it he said something along the lines of “oh and you will need a permission ticket for a pickup added to your driving licence if you want one, so that only people who need a pickup truck can have one”

This is absolutely genius in my opinion, and I saw these big ass pickups spreading into europe, and like where I live (pretty small far away town of which there’s a ton of in Europe) they would take up somewhere to 3/4 to the full damn road (I saw someone drive one and it really went like that those things are as big as a bus)

I am on the poorer side and living in one of the central European countries (yeah I’m a teen)

I only have a core 2 duo desktop with 3 GB of ram and a laptop with a i5 also with 3gb of ram, both only HDD machines

The desktop now runs Linux, but because it has components even Intel doesn’t want to list on their website (the mobo) it runs it pretty poorly (also I bricked it somehow not run windows or any other usb install media, which is a big problem), the laptop runs windows 7 (it literally refuses to open the update utility I downloaded from MS’s website, so that’s that, two obsolete machines, that are absolutely horrendous to do anything with (not to mention my shitty 350$ phone is more powerful than both of them combined)

This is literally the first time I have ever seen someone say “mustn’t” on the internet
