  • The problem is that they aren’t doing ANY push back. Nobody is slowing them down, nobody is trying to direct things through the appropriate channels, it’s simply bending the knee and licking the boot, often before anything is even asked.

Right now, they’re killing the same number of non-combatants as the person who loves killing non-combatants.

I take issue with Americans taking their business to foreign governments that are happily and gleefully accelerating the corruption of said domestic powers into the exact behavior that is causing Americans to want to shop elsewhere.

It’s going “I dislike how my government is treating me, so I’m going to support the people that are contributing to why my government is treating me that way.”

  • Except for the fact that it’s now invasive as hell and trying to monitor/sell everything on your computer after the rewrite. We had to ditch teams after the rework because it wanted to phone home to dozens of IPs with information about our computers and actions.

The high score was blocking 112 outgoing requests with personal data in a single 1 hour call. (We have network connections locked down on our computers using Little Snitch).

Absolute madness and frankly every single person involved in Microsoft Teams should be thrown in jail for espionage and stalking.

The funny thing is, their fees aren’t high. You just got duped by Epic’s propaganda that 30% was high.

In fact, it’s vastly lower than the previous alternative, which was in store and took almost twice as much more of the cut.

Even today, 30% is standard for a digital eshop (Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, Apple), except Valve offers more services and benefits than all of them combined.

  • Because they can use the phone company records to say “We think you were here when this “violent riot” happened (actually just a protest that police started shooting at protestors because they know they’ll get away with it), you’re arrested”. And cops don’t care if you’re recording, they’ll either break your phone or shoot you anyway and then claim it was self defense.
