Well, you’re on to something there. I do like a lot of games, I mean I collect board games and play solo games all year long. I think I just don’t like stress-inducing games or games where, if you miss a jump to a platform, you have to start over from scratch (which is how most early video games are since there weren’t many save options).

I loved the first three God of War games, and still play them over and over. I like that they are on the rails, you only play as one character, there’s plenty of health chests along the way, and even when a fight or a puzzle is challenging, it isn’t impossible and you actually can overcome it and live to see the rest of the game.

And I like open-ended simulation games like Sim City and Stardew Valley where you can play at a leisurely pace.

I know that is true of me, but I eventually decided to can the whole idea of a relationship and just be an independent bitter and dysfunctional adult (!).

I think one reason people have such terrible relationships, quite honestly is because, growing up, we never learn the value of compromise. Especially nowadays - I think people are taught to get get exactly what they demand all the time, and if they don’t that makes them weak and somehow unfit - we keep telling people, “kick ass” and “never give in.” I’m not sure that’s the right message in all situations.

Anyway time will tell, maybe things will work out great for the both of them. I truly am not worried about it, to be honest I really never even knew what Taylor Swift looked like until I saw her at the Superbowl on TV. I’m not a Swifty or whatever they call her mega-fans - Just a casual observer.

That’s definitely part of it. It’s like, when I was just scraping by (I did work full time but was paying a lot in rent and food and taxes etc) the idea of being one paycheck away from the street really didn’t bother me. Now, I feel like I’ve become dependent on the assumption of having money and needing more, more more of it just to feel safe somehow.

  • I recognize some of the faces but none of them are as famous as Jeff Dahmer, maybe because he added cannibalism into the mix. Nonetheless I don’t understand what mass murderers have to do with being bisexual, as even Jeff Dahmer denied having same-sex attraction (even though he only dated males). In other words, he was more worried about being seen as “gay” than being seen as a cannibalistic kid killer.

And it seems people today are still more hung up about someone’s sexual orientation than whether they are a decent human being.

Yeah the rich know all the loopholes, they have people on staff just to look for them.

It’s weird but when I had almost no money, I never worried about money or about paying taxes. When my parents died and I came into my trust, now all i do is worry about money and have developed a jealousy over it I never thought would happen.

I was able to retire young because of it, I have this house I’ll never live long enough to see all the rooms in (I always joke with my friends) but - still, I worry about letting go of any of the money. Maybe because it’s something I never had to worry about before…?
