Look at how much you use each day on average then set the timer for that. So first your getting rid of your high usage days. After a couple of days reduce it by 5 mins. Keep repeating this. Also, trim down the subs you’re subscribed to so there’s less new content showing up.

Wouldn’t it be much easier to use the grammatically well established singular they/them. That way you never run into an issue. Surely you’d do that when you encounter a name that can be used as both a female and a male name (Jessie, Les etc)
