You have to remember that Hamas was the resistance in Palestine. Palestine DID have another authority, and Israel wanted Hamas to overthrow them.
That’s what Israel financed. They didn’t do it after Hamas actually attacked, and fought back against them.
In the article it says that the 120 necessary signatures are already collected to take Hungarys voting rights away, so does this matter?

Agriculture is a great point overlooked in this chart.
EU puts a lot of money into this, and Poland being a great exporter for this, they also receives alot from EU to be able to do it.
Why are we doing it then, if it’s a net negative? It’s not, because we can all get our bread (literally) this way. And Poland farmers can make a living making the country richer.
Do you honestly think they care about the US? They are just saying no to big cars. That’s it.
Not many people know the US even has a habit of buying bigger cars than in Europe.
The population isn’t seeing a cent of the EU bribe money and they’re pretty angry about it.
That’s on their own elected government. Not the EU.
And stupid to call it “bribe” money. This money SHOULD go to the people and development for the country.

I don’t think I need to explain that this is simply not true.
I didn’t mean the people, and certainly not your girlfriend. I didn’t mean the music nor the films.
I meant the corruption and politics allowing it.
And I don’t think I look down on anybody. I legitimately suggested NATO as it fits better and would be faster to implement for the safety of the people. To be an EU member takes time Ukraine does not have.
I don’t think an opinion against Ukraine, is an opinion for Russia. Ukraine had many problems even before Russia invaded, and they did not qualify for membership. I’m just saying, there’s a reason for that.
But I 100% agree that Ukraine would benefit, if it entered the EU. There’s just so much more to it that the people in Ukraine should be aware of.
And don’t think I don’t wish for them to join at some point. I’m only saying that it’s not the next step.

Politics will always be about public opinion. You can sway that, and my point is that the work needed to be done to show the great things EU accomplishes right now to the UK audience, is less work than getting another member state the UK may not like.
And I’m not saying they should lie or anything, but I’m sure if people actually knew how EU is protecting consumers and ‘normal’ people, everyone would be much more positive about it.
Or, you know. Take it down, if it’s misleading?
Expanding is one option, but honestly strengthening current deals with EU countries would also be wise.
Getting UK back would be a lot less work and more valuable.
Honestly, Ukraine has never been a good fit for EU. They would be better off with NATO, because they don’t align with Europe on alot of other areas. And let’s be honest, they primarily want the protection.
If they want to change that, and be more like Europe, fine. But that’s a big move from where they are.
