Thanks for the additions! I purposely left off Tuta as it recently had some concern that it could be a honeypot. If that’s not true (as I have not followed the story) then that’s a good addition.
Been waiting for channel tabs for a long time. In my mind that completes NewPipe and makes it perfect.
Where do you find images that you could get a link to? I don’t understand that feature
I haven’t used them but see lots of praise for them being plug and play Linux gaming OS’. Both have a Steam Deck friendly UI too
Try ChimeraOS or Bazzite instead of SteamOS
And updated faster
Can’t remember anymore. It was a while ago and I haven’t looked back
Calyx always had issues for me. I pretty quickly switched to Graphene and enabling the Google sandbox works near flawlessly
On Droid-ify you can sort just by games but then filter the first stuff you see by recently updated. There’s quite a few puzzle type games being actively maintained. Various types of crossword games, mine sweeper, chess, suduku, lexica, solitaire, 2048, Falling Blocks, a few tower defense games. You can also install an emulator (Lemuroid) and have them play old GBA games, etc.
I believe I saw a video where somebody installed Linux on the GPD Win Max. They make a few different portable devices that maybe can run Linux
I think it was Okular. I was looking for a way of editing PDFs without ads, invasive software, or subscription based payments.
That’s super awesome! Does it feel top heavy when typing as it looks like a really tall phone?
Oh, so it’s just Samsung applications that stop functioning properly. I think most people installing an alternative OS are trying to get away from that stuff anyways. I can also see why somebody wouldn’t want to do that though.
Wow, I had no idea about this efuse things. That’s absolutely terrible. Is it’s only function to alert you of the bootloader being unlocked?
See if DivestOS or Lineage support your phone and get rid of the crap Samsung software and spying.
I had this situation with my Epson
Here are a few I listen to that stick to the topic of their shows. I don’t listen to podcasts that aren’t political by nature to hear politics.
I use OnlyOffice and enjoy it. I do notice some fancy features missing but as I’m not a power user it doesn’t bother me. I’ve opened OnlyOffice docx files in MS Office and vice versa many times with no issues ever. I’ve also installed MS fonts on my Linux distro and they work in OnlyOffice. I don’t notice it pushing online features like somebody else said
