A GM at a restaurant chain I worked for tried that once. Then the homeless guy hit a customer in the head with a 2x4 he found out back and the GM was fired pretty immediately. He was giving the homeless guy free food in exchange for taking the trash from the back door to the dumpster.
It’s wildly illegal to pay someone in food.

This the kind of onion hate I can get behind. If I were an evil genius I’d genetically engineer a disease to destroy all onion crops worldwide. I just need some scientists and henchmen to help me accomplish my mildly evil plan.
You can buy some sodium citrate off amazon. It’s the emulsifier that makes american cheese and velveeta work, you’ll get a smooth sauce with much better flavor than velveeta. Just google sodium citrate mac n cheese for a recipe, it’s pretty easy to make.
