Nah, tattoos are fine, people in general are just ugly.
For the poster or Xi?
On the west coast you’re right, on the east coast you’re wrong. -an East Coast skinhead that had interesting experiences in Orange county and Compton while on vacation
I guess Americans just have more experience in actually fighting those overgrown turkeys. Actually turkeys have spurs so they’re a bit more of a threat to a human adult than geese are. I’d rather tussle with a goose than a wild Tom turkey.
I don’t like progressive used that way because historically progressivism was just about an ideology that was results driven and often independent of other labels. There were progressive conservatives like Teddy Roosevelt and the Nelson Rockefeller Republicans in America (though the progressive conservatives in Canada are anything but). They were fundamentally centrist liberals though, essentially a watered down evolution of the historical French radical liberalism/radical whigs. Merkel, for example, called herself a progressive and she was a Christian Democrat.
Look on the bright side. It’s not Cumberland. They’ve also got a state prison and their main claim to fame was the C&O canal and people setting out on the Oregon trail. I’d say those things are worse economically than being a railroad hub.
There really should be a united font against this sort of thing.
Yeah, the real Washington county seriff’s office would never post stuff like this.
Plus Hagerstown doesn’t look that clean or brightly lit.
Edit: for folks that don’t live in northwestern Maryland: Hagerstown is a shithole that collects everyone who was recently released from the state penitentiary up there. It’s main claim to fame is being a railroad hub, but, as you’d imagine, that has not been the greatest economic boom in the last 50 years. And it’s not as convenient as Frederick for being a commuter community down to DC.
He’d also seemed unusually preoccupied during the skydiving instructional videos we’d play for him at half speed so his horse brain could have extra time to process them, even though we would always hang a carrot between him and the screen to keep him looking in the right direction.
Need to start off by training a horse to drive a forklift with this method.
Pegged mortise and tenion caulked with bitumen from surface oil/tar.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phoenician_joint used well into the iron age
Earlier were held together by rope like the https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sewn_boat or the https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lashed-lug_boat and caulked with vegetation. They were essentially “let’s take a raft and engineer it into a boat.”
Key point for both is you usually needed bronze tools to work wood like this. You could plane with stone axes easily enough to make a canoe but you couldn’t really make a mortise and tenion and sewing a boat together was damn hard with stone and bone tools(though there were stone bow drills with flint bits and some pretty damn impressive users, it’s how they made strung beads for early trade in the neolithic and late mesolithic).
It’s not like you can’t go into debt and lose the annuity too.
Edit: holy shit this works as an embedded video?!?
Edit: disregard, California doesn’t tax lottery winnings on the State level
