Companies in Greece VERY rarely pay for staff training (and only in technology fields when this happens), the training programs of OAED (Greek ‘Organisation for the Employment of the Workforce’) are usually laughably bad, as are the majority of public IEKs (Institutes of Vocational Training), no one wants to invest money in personal improvement when they can barely get by…
