  • In Germany real estate became significantly cheaper in many parts (not all, not e.g. Berlin or Hamburg). In my north German mid size city we had ~15 percent price reduction in the last 2 years. In our neighbour city they even had 25%.

On the other hand, I know people who sold their houses when prices where high, invested their money and are happy renters now. It apparently can be a lot better financially according to many experts (here in Germany, no idea about the US).

  • Russia also still holds a lot of their traditional soft power in many countries, including several EU countries. They also greatly increased their softpower by helping to get far right parties into power or at least signinificant influence in several EU countries (like Orban or Germany just 2 days ago).

On the other hand Russia manouvered itself into a very weak geostrategical position lately (Ukraine and Syria). Everyone noticed that and this will likely lead to some restructuring in several regions, unlikely to be in Russias favour.

I currently find it really hard to make assumptions about Russias role in the mid-term future. That is also, why I didn’t mention Russia in my post.

  • My guess is China will fill the void left by the disintegration of USAID in order to boost its global standing.

China will take large chunks. But I think we will also see a decentralization as china won’t be able to take it all. Countries like Turkey, Malaysia, Brazil and so on will probably increase their regional soft powers a lot.

This process also already started years ago, but will be catalyzed by this.

  • Like VW is paying out 4.5 billion € in dividends, while telling employees they have to cut wages. They played it clever by announcing huge layoffs, that can be prevented by cutting the wages now. But the Porsche-Piech family is a few billions richer now and will be a few billions richer at the end of the year.

On the plus side, real estate prices will likely continue to fall in the region.

I got this a few minutes ago. And this probably shows how much chatgpt is fucked up by the bias in western media.

Edit: a friend of mine did the same query on the app (I used the website) and got different results. So different versions produce different results. They probably manually corrected this in newer versions (is my guess). The older results still show the massive bias.

It was not about ending it, but about financing and actively enabling it…

Israel would have run out of bombs 20000+ dead children ago if Biden would have wanted to let those children live.

Biden deserves to spend the rest of his days in prison. Trump does as well.

  • Do you mean that Iran (translates to the land of the Aryans) should govern the USA? Or do you hint towards the Nazi race theories? But I thinkt the only Trump child that could be considered “Nazi approved Aryan” is Tiffany Trump, the others are all half slavic and thus considered sub-humans.

When we still had mandatory military service in Germany, one could alternatively choose to work in social services for 1-1,5 years. I worked a year in a hospital as an assistance nurse. Others worked in youth centers, community center or retirement homes. That year was not a pleasant one, as Zivis (thats what we were called) got exploited by the hospital stuff (always getting the worst shifts, always getting the shitty jobs, being used for jobs we were not qualified to do and so on).

Despite that I honestly think it was worth it. It helped to find oneself to do something different before starting university and it also helped to improve social and medical services.

The only real criticism I have is the aforementioned exploitation. There should have been better mechanisms in place to prevent this. And maybe the payment should have been a little better. I think we got ~8€/calender day plus free board and lodging; this wasn’t great.

Lol, maybe it is common knowledge for people who have no knowledge at all… This all has been done in the open, no need for conspiracy theories. The US troops are openly embedded into their YPG ally troops, US politicians visit them frequently. And HTS and SNA are frequently battling with US allies who use US weapons. They did so this week…

Also, HTS separated many years from AQ. They have a similar ideology, but not an organizational connection for a long time now. And those weapons dodnt even go to al-nusra (of whom HTS sprung of).Al nusra was never fsa. And the US stopped supporting the FSA 10 years ago.

Get some informations or stop talking about this.

Edit: this is honestly the most baffling thing about this conflict, how western Anti-imperialists still defend and support the US funded ypg…
