i heard lidarr can do this but i never used it so idk much

openshot is my goto tool for video editing, but sadly it’s pretty glitchy. sometimes i need workarounds like editing the audio in another tool and merging it back etc because the preview and rendered output differs.

bandicamera is pretty good, though i just use snipping tool since win7
