I also use Boost as I was using that back on Reddit. Voyager is also an excellent Lemmy app too.

I left after they closed off the API and shut down third party apps. I could never go back, whilst Lemmy hasn’t always offered the same amount of content, its always still offered good content, plus I know I’m guilt free of supporting Reddit and what a shit show they’ve become 🙂
Won’t someone please think of the youth in Asia!
I’m ready to be nailed, what’s that? I can choose what tip I want?
So you can disappoint two people at once?
Vyvanse ended up making the dog way bigger on some days, I’m on atomoxetine and that’s been way more manageable.
In case anyone has found themselves to be sensitive to stimulant medication, don’t be afraid to ask about trying non-stimulants 🙂
Yum a jack & coke but with pepsi! My fav
Is being a garbage collector, cashier, restaurant worker or other entry level type of jobs something we should constantly be shitting on? Whilst they aren’t the most fancy and thrilling jobs out there, they do offer some freedom in that you do your job and you go home. Is being a doctor really that amazing, years of learning, starting out with a heap of debt from college, then having to work long hours and constantly face stressful situations. The life of a doctor doesn’t sound all that social.
This is why I switched to NewPipe, I’m sick of constantly being fed recommendations. I just want to watch the creators I like and find new ones organically and when ive watched that content I don’t need to keep watching some other BS.
What doctors are these who feast on your dong?
This is my kind of thinking, it does seem as though the US sees TikTok as a possible use of propaganda, but if they own it, well then they can control the propaganda being pushed at least
Its hardly the same thing though, China never forced a social media company to sell up to stay based in China, there was no discussion it was just blocked. China has always been very insular, whilst that’s not a good thing its at least consistent.
What the US is doing here is consistent that its “anti-China” but they have never tried to influence a company in this way, this is unprecedented, making a bill to intimidate and shut down a company is kind of insane.
TL;DR It’s corporate profits! Human lives are expendable as long as stock price number goes UP!
Me too, I just love the memes and positive vibes! I did think there was something a bit different about this community
When is this country going to grow up?!
I would of agreed with this when I was younger, now this just looks a bit sad to me.
If that’s what truly makes you happy though, then that’s also great and you shouldn’t feel bad for feeling as such!
I seriously didn’t believe this was a real article until I found it myself 😂
Who made this comic and why is it so poorly cropped?
This is what I hate about that whole model. Are they just trying to insert themselves as a middle man?
