I usually feel pretty tired tbh. I’ve had a sleep study done in the past but it didn’t really find anything. I only got a device that can track sleep recently though so I’m kind of still playing around with what helps and what doesn’t

That deep sleep is decent for the length of sleep at least. I only seem to get around the same even at 8-9 hours of sleep
