Great, discussion over.
Great, discussion over.
That covers recent history. What about Egypt, or the Roman Empire?
You didn’t mean increase in quality of life for everyone in the world, just for the people under that government?
There’s a lot of candidates in “human history”.
I’m pretty sure there was no comparative research involved in your assessment, but you might look at Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quality_of_life but there’s no mention of China there at all.
Probably because Wikipedia is orientalist and just a Western megaphone. But you quoted them, so maybe not.
That’s a bold statement, what’s your source?
And you are impartial, saying someone you do not know has an “orientalist” bias. Throwing out pejorative words, linking to lengthy fringe arguments like a Trump supporter telling me to watch Hannity.
I see you’re defending your heroes by parsing words and cherry-picking books and news and rallying your arguments (and propaganda) to defend them. I expected nothing less from you; it’s exactly the same thing a Trump supporter would do.
Carry on, comrade. Enjoy yourself. You have the evangelistic fervor of a Baptist preacher.
I could find books that say the Nazis are great guys too. Doesn’t make it right.
Don’t forget, most of the countries in Europe bad also. Oh, and Japan very bad at times.
“Oops! I killed 15 million people, but it was an accident. My bad. Who knew forcibly moving all the farmers to the city and making them work in factories would cause a famine?”
-Mao, probably
PS: 15 million is the low end number. 15-55 million is the commonly accepted number, with some estimates as high as 70 million.
At some point you’d think he’d look around and notice.
Wasn’t the great leap forward by Mao the biggest mass murder in world history, according to historians not governments?
Doesn’t whitewashing that amount to Holocaust denial level cultural blindness?
I know nothing, quick Google search.
I know the mod erased it, but could you hint at the inappropriate post’s content?
This is peak old person storytelling
Inexperienced here, but after a certain age, the flopping and bouncing around becomes problematic.
For all sexes.
I wasn’t trying to be unkind. It’s just Gen Z whose frontal lobes would be just finished developing, that’s all.

Stomach paralysis is more common than they’re telling you. Even if you don’t get the constant vomiting, a person with no previous stomach problems can develop severe problems in a very short time. It happened to my wife.
All i can say is, don’t screw up your dosing (slow build up). There’s no room for error.
Dangerous “medicine;” it can ruin your life. Be careful out there.
You know what would improve Wikipedia? A “search this page” option.
I was looking to see if the formation (imposing) of Pakistan and India was around 1918 along with all those other great Treaty of Versailles decisions like Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia.
I gave up. With long articles, we need a search within the article.
Speaking about the app. I don’t know about the website because all Wikipedia opens the app. I can’t even go there deliberately in a browser.
Scanned that, and it appears that the Muslim and Hindu peoples were fighting
As independence approached, the violence between Hindus and Muslims in the provinces of Punjab and Bengal continued unabated.
There’s a statement earlier that the fighting was instigated by the British, but it lacks citation.
The Congress was secular and strongly opposed to having any religious state.[96] It insisted there was a natural unity to India, and repeatedly blamed the British for “divide and rule” tactics based on prompting Muslims to think of themselves as alien from Hindus.[citation needed]
What, they were one big peaceful team until the British? Need a little background here
Him and what story? Anyone interested in elucidating?
