Idk why anyone is surprised by the outcome of one political party fighting so hard for the ammo box while gutting the other boxes. Like what did they expect?

The resume shows experience and the cover letter shows personality. If the job has any kind of soft skills a cover letter is a bonus, if the job is super technical it’s probably not necessary. It also depends on the workplace.
If it is a job you actually want though I would recommend writing something. I’m on a smaller team and read all the resumes of applicants. I actually read them because I’m going to be the one contacting, interviewing, and working with them. I absolutely read the cover letters and give a small bonus to people who include them.
Nice, here is an actual relevant map:

It’s really about split whether or not states will let you leave work to vote
It also helps to have an employer that cares about most holidays.
I do, try living in a blue state.
I’ve seen firsthand how a school district’s website gets built and let me tell you, the website designer fights tooth and nail to design a usable website. Everyone else fights them to create trash. That university’s process is probably like that because the designer gave up and let the professors design their own shit and that’s the way they wanted it.
Covid killed snow days around here, they are now e-learning days. They figure if teachers could handle an entire year of e-learning one day is nothing.
I don’t know exactly, but this is specially made equipment. I’ve never seen a bow with a hole in the handle for the arrow. That makes a lot of sense, it’s probably very difficult to balance the arrow just right. And because of the hole, I’m not seeing much in the way of fletching on that arrow. The grip is also made for toes. I would guess it is a lower weight bow.
I had a much higher tolerance for bad movies when I was younger, like early twenties. Now if a movie is really bad I just turn it off, no loss. The last one was Madame Webb, what a mess. I just watched Borderlands and that’s about the worst movie I can sit through.
Basically, people buy certain breeds expecting a certain behavior and then train these breeds to express said behavior, which makes it difficult to examine whether said behavior is due to the nature or nurtured or how big a role either plays.
All the authors need to do is go to a handful of working dog breeders and watch the puppies. They will see quite clearly that breeding dogs for traits works.
Took a chance on the lemmy demographic and lost. There’s actually a pretty diverse group here I’m finding.
I’m not claiming anything, that’s what the line item is called, as in the department of defense:
“ok, we give them 3 free shots then we intervene.”
It would be a really bad look to spend almost a trillion dollars a year on defense and still get politicians merked.
About 0 evidence to back this (only hearsay that this is what he does), but I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump surrounded himself with only yes men agents and was running with a C tier team.
