This type of activity just increased and increased in the aughts and slashdot just was pointless. Its sorta like the superbowl for me. Best to just avoid the stream and check out best of lists after the fact.

I have not been on since my last comment but man I remember avoiding the internet for a day back in the day. Good to be back.
