Combined with this person referring to the parts of Ukraine currently under occupation I suspect they’re using the offensive form on purpose.

I mean, can you get hard numbers on bullying? It’s not a black and white situation. If someone feels that they’re being bullied then they are. The American study shows that pupils feel that there’s less bullying. If you want to design your own study then you can, but I’m not sure how.

So it’s against your constitution but also done in many places? That makes no sense at all. It doesn’t appear to be against the constitution at all. Can you point out where it bans school uniforms? Or indeed uniforms in general which are pretty common.
There are definitely school uniforms in Germany.
I mean… that’s not a right. Are you very young perhaps? It can seem difficult as a kid to deal with but as an adult it’s easier to see the benefits. There’s a lot of studies on the improvements made by lessening the differences between the kids.
Uniforms do equalise kids. As a former teacher, I’m pro uniform.

They’re being pretty clear (and not wrong) that immigration isn’t adding more people. It’s keeping the same amount of people.
You seem very confused, private companies are always fining you. Parking companies are private companies, many public transport companies are private companies. The oversight is provided by the court. This has been the case before Brexit was even a consideration.
You understand that’s different right? If you’ve broken the rules then they’ve got a right to send you a fine.

There’s no country in the world where you can skip tolls, travel tickets, entrance fees, and face no consequences.
It’s not law enforcement, it’s a civil issue, it’s quite normal for companies to take civil issues, they obtained information on people who broke rules by requesting it, and recieving it, that’s not illegal on their behalf.
Also, they fined a ton of people in compliant vehicles, either totally randomly or because they didn’t follow some rule that they made up just for EU vehicles.
The issue is that if a numberplate isn’t registered in the UK then the system has no idea if it’s a compliant vehicle or not. The choices here are either hire a bunch of people to go through the videos, identify the car make, age, and petrol type, then decide from that whether they are compliant OR they let the automated system send the letter and if your car is compliant then you tell them. You can avoid the whole shebang if you just register your car before you travel.
I’m not sure we can blame London here. A driver breaks a rule, TFL sends to Euro parking, Euro parking request the drivers details from the appropriate agency in their country, the country sends the details, they issue a fine.
That seems pretty standard to me? I think the only argument is against the organisations in the countries possibly if they’re not supposed to share.

Nobody really does physical banking any more so the banks are closing their physical branches. There’s a lot of backlash because a few people can’t use online banking, it’s difficult because the numbers are small and it’s hard to justify staffing a full building when 5 customers turn up each day.
