Unfortunately it’s true, but I’m not sure why the feature is still alive because this support article makes it seem like it’s long gone https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5436/~/gamestream-end-of-service-notification

Nvidia said they ended support for gamestream but haven’t removed it from GeForce experience yet.
I didn’t hear that. I knew it was bad but seeing the numbers are even worse. He’s such an idiot.
Lmao that’s my only use for stylus too. And like 5 years ago I changed the roblox logo to a cheez-it with stylus. I need to find more websites to use with it but last I checked the website to get themes was terribly slow. It’s been a fat minute though.
They delete your photos if they’re unaccessed by the uploader after a year unfortunately. Ask me how I found out :(
Yeah, it’s refreshing to see how quickly Lemmy is able to load. I used to just barely load the reddit mobile site and launch in infinity, but now I’m gonna do my scrolling on Lemmy. I’m sure it will be healthier without so much doom. Watching so many social medias burn is kinda entertaining.
The worst part of that is reddit is the only way to get good Google results anymore. I’m concerned about how bad google search will be.
Yeah I first joined lemmy.ml but learned about how they do this so I switched here. I think the community is better here anyways
It’s not my favorite but I can see the passion of the dev in my app. It’s not fair to discount the whole thing because you think it sucks.
I feel like if discord just did a better job of explaining it, then there wouldn’t be any problem. I’ve heard it’s a problem for content creators as well because they could remain semi anonymous by being pewdiepie#6381 but now they have to be @pewdiepie and actively claim that or else it sells on markets for thousands. That’s another problem, now username sellers will be a thing, when they weren’t before. Personally I’m kind of upset by this change. If it was about the weird ASCII characters people have in their names, why not restrict it. Most people don’t have them so they would be unaffected.
How does this work?
