And yet it runs with gas, as if we’re still cavemen cooking meat over open fires.
The strength of life to face oneself has been made manifest. The persona Carighan has appeared.
And yet it runs with gas, as if we’re still cavemen cooking meat over open fires.
That’s partially because like many other words and names (just consider Isis, an important goddess of ancient egypt), “socialism” to most people means the type of absolute control that communist countries usually feature. But of course, as a word/concept, socialism is just the application of socialist policies, not even remotely alluding to some absolute end goal or so. And naturally as a part of society except a tiny minority at the top, most people would benefit from more socialist policies.
Wine is acceptable, but only after you punched them, disavowed their identity, intentionally withheld education from them, made them carry their teenage pregnancy to term and ruined the planet for them. Then you can have wine. Be more republican!
I thought that was the - clever - point to make. :P
is in fact, GNU/Linux, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, GNU plus Linux
Average GNU, can’t even tell a division slash /
from an addition plus +
.
Note to self: Introduce more dragons to Ireland.
I mean you can make leather from all kinds of skins. And there’s one… animal… that we have a particularly large amount of on earth and we regularly have to get rid of a significnat number of deceased of without currently re-using their skin. Hrm… cool idea for an industrialist horror movie…
That’s not the same at all. PLA-printed 3D prints don’t take 1000s of years to break down, but they’re very clearly not something you add to the composter.
It’s supremely bad as a product, the origin doesn’t actually matter?
Smells, stiff, needs constant care, (comparatively) complex to repair, it just has virtually no upsides. It doesn’t even last long unless you’re comparing really high-quality leather to really low-quality cotton or something like that.
Nevermind how downright bad leather is for most clothing applications. It’s high maintenance, stiff, non-breathing, non-padding and cannot be repaired easily. There’s a reason it was only used for specific parts of clothing in specific situations once we had figured out stuff like cotton or wool.
Firefox has started to add a built-in cookie denier.
But keep in mind, before that we had them all silently assume you want all the cookies. It’s not perfect, but it’s an improvement.
Two too many, if you ask me. They wanted out, happy they are out. Maybe help Scotland separate and join the EU again, but that’s where it ends.

Alex seems more and more unhinged lately
Yeah this surprised me, too. For all the time I’ve heard KF analyse his shows, he seemed to age poorly of course - owing probably a fair bit to his rampant alcoholism - but otherwise on-track. At all times. He was always just a right-wing grifter, following whatever trend he could exploit to sell more gold/waterfilters/bonemealshakes/whatever with. But the recent 2-3 months? Damn.
As if they’d need to fake fascist accounts. There’s plenty of people to go around for posting that, just look at he numbers fascist parties poll in most countries.
The replies are insane, tbh.
It’s crazy just how quickly Musk has centralized such an extremely xenophobic and fascist community on Twitter, even compared to before.
And of course they all have that paid checkmark. No wonder he does it so consistently, it makes a fortune. Sigh.

Yeah, or well, in theory their formula works, but given the realities of developing countries they knew they were killing babies when they introduced it there.
Didn’t matter, made profits, line went up.
Because they’re actually fascists masquerading as christians because they can use that as an excuse. Any actual christian believer would probably be compelled by their religion to put them to the sword or crucify them for all their sins.
