Desperate residents are chipping in to buy new cables, but this doesn’t help. Meanwhile, the authorities, unable to fix the situation, are blaming Ukraine for the apparent “destabilization”.

        But people that sit in tanks or manage them help maintaining power infrastructures. Also note that time, effort and ressources of all kind put into tanks and their management, also help maintaining power infrastructures.
