Get a very paniced call on the last day and they say there is nothing wrong, but the EA was freaking out as a ton of nerds in costume just showed up. I did some digging about the venue and found out it was the same con I attended in high school.
Spent the next while explaining what anime and anime conventions were to a very eastern-european middle-aged woman and her boss. Oh the tales of tech support.
