Alabama's Supreme Court cited the Bible in ruling that frozen embryos created by IVF are "children" — which could tank IVF in the state.

These policies aren’t about affirming personhood, embryonic or otherwise.

They’re about cruelty toward perceived undesirables, and that is how they will be used and enforced.
