Thanks for a reasonable view. The only way I can see this settled is checking the source. The earliest and highest-quality posting of this image is this Facebook post by Neurodivergentgeekgirl. I don’t have a Facebook account so I can’t see all comments under that posts nor her posting history that could give hints.

I’ve seen a lot of handwritten text and this is certainly within the range of handwriting styles, including the (in)consistencies.

I’m not willing to judge either way from the look alone but AFAIK this was drawn (or generated) by Neurodivergentgeekgirl on Facebook. I don’t have a Facebook account so I can’t check what her creation history or attitude to AI is, which could give it away.
